| The fans are joined and I'm so pleased with how it has turned out. There are fifteen fans and thirteen triangles that are also embroidered to make the whole thing into an oblong. Now I'm searching for the same colour of dupioni silk for the back that I used for the sashing. Hopefully that won't be too much longer and then you will see my finished 2012 CQJP. |

I'm loving it so far!
It's just beautiful! I am crazy I mean a crazy quilter:) and I love the old fans. Have you decided if you are going to 'quilt' it or tie with buttons, or????

I quilted my flower quilt by taking small stitches on the front of the quilt at a seam or somewhere not obvious, and added a small pearl on the back. I'm going to do the same with this one.
